a little well managed balcony and big bathroom.


(which is with big bath, shower, and 2 basins)



Whole house is nice and tidy and quiet
due to my mom's house work.






internet is not superfast because this area is not suitable for adsl2+


but we have unlimited data plan.
and ordered wifi signal extenders for better signal.


(should be arrived within 2weeks)


so there is no problem with searching websites

(who is not a really good english speaker but she is the person you may

speak to mostly)


- No smoker


- able to stay within Korean family culture
